[R] 3D Plots

See ?persp, which may be what you are looking for.  Some people call
contour() and image() 3D plots too, as they plot z vs (x, y), but the
result is 2D.

I think locfit is well out-of-date on this.

BTW, so is your R version: 1.3.1 is current.
