I assume you have not even installed R?  If you did,


gave you a lot of "pointers" (in the form  "<function name>(<package name>)")
to all the *installed* (on your particular system) functionality.

Try any CRAN mirror, e.g. the US one. 
Under Documentation, Manual, you can see the 6th part of "The R Manual",
the reference index (880 pages) of all ``standard'' functionality
