[R] compiled exectuables for package: funfits?

Dear R-helpers,

As far as I can tell, the packages at CRAN in src/contrib/Devel are not
available in executable form for Win9x.  Is this true?

I would specifically like to use the package:
http://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Devel/funfits_2.0-3.tar.gz
with R for Win 9x.  I have used "funfits" successfully with S+, but would
like to move completely to R.  Does anyone know of a funfits exectuable
available for Win9x?

[I have been installing R on Win9x using compiled executables, and do not
have the means at the moment to work from source code.]
