[R] DIYHelp

I have uploaded a Tcl/Tk program named DIYHelp to CRAN that allows users
to build and use their own keyword/description style help files.  It is
designed to operate well with the R system of help files, but will also
use other layouts.  It should operate in text, HTML and PDF formats (and
maybe others).  It is pretty basic at the moment, and will only work on
UNIX boxes without a bit of user hacking.  I would appreciate comments,
suggestions, bug reports, etc.  If it is worthwhile, I hope to improve
it considerably.
