[R] Is there any help for "Cannot allocate vector size of xxx KB"

Forgive me if this isn't relevant, but: are you stripping off the output you
need (e.g., parameter estimates) and throwing away what you don't (e.g.,
residuals)?

That error message means R can not allocate more memory. So unless you
add more memory to your system there is no other way.
