[R] Link to an (old, obsolete) article

The German "Linux Magazin" has opened his archive: An old article about R (some links are broken, old R Version etc.) is available under:

If somebody wants to copy/use/extend any part of this, he will be welcomed. At the time this was published we announced following articles, which has never been realized. If somebody has any motivation to do this...
