[R] Rcmd

Thanks for all the help. It is appreciated.

As you indicated, Rcmd needs the name of a Perl
script on the command line. Windows' users
normally do not keep Perl on their machines. It's
no problem. I have ActiveState Perl on a CD, and
only need to install it.

R for Windows has the required scripts, but
installing Perl is up to the user. Would that they
had told me -- but who can write documentation
that meets all needs, not me certainly.
