Hey, this looks nice. I especially like the banquet data for logistic
regression. I suggest that we put it on CRAN, although probably
separate the .pdf and .doc files so they can be viewed directly.
Could you add a couple of words about the level of the intended
audience.

A bunch of minor corrections (non-exhaustive, just what caught my eye.
PDF page numbers)

p2:  (Exc.3) general*ized* linear models
p7:  ctest is automatically loaded nowadays
p33: Bill Venables misspelled in "S programming" entry
