[R] packages, help

Hi,

I am trying to create my first library.
> R CMD build chlib0 .

worked fine.

>R CMD check chlib0 .  

resulted in:

(chlib0-manual.tex

package hyperref not found
-> I found that on CTAN
 
! LaTeX Error: File `bm.sty' not found.
 
Q:
Where can I find    bm.sty ?  
On CTAN I only found sbbm.sty

Is it similar to bbm.sty which I have?
bbm produces:

! Missing $ inserted.
<inserted text> 
                $
l.4 \Header{datetime}{Compute_date_and_time}
                                            
?

My datetime.Rd starts like:
\name{datetime}
\alias{date}
\alias{time}
\title{Compute_date_and_time}
