[R] Random factor ANOVA, Repeated measures ANOVA, Within subjects designs.

Some of what you want may be found in the nlme package by Pinheiro and Bates. See
this site

In their recent book on mixed-effects models, they state that they wrote it for
versions of S including R, but I haven't tested that. Some of their package uses
Trellis graphics, not implemented in R.
