How I make the below matrix

| a^0	0	0	...	0   |
| a^1	a^0	0	...	0   |
| a^2	a^1	a^0	...	0   | 
| 	.			    |	
| 	.			    |
| 	.			    |			
| a^n	a^(n-1) a^(n-2) ...	a^0 |

with no loops, where "a" is a constant?
