[R] R-GUI 1.1.0

Try delete/uninstall THEN install it again.  That's what I tried and it
worked...but I did [physically] deleted the whole R1.1.0 (i.e. C:\rw1010\)
before I reinstall.

If it doesn't work maybe re-downloading it?  I don't know....
