Again, you give no indication of the problem, but as it is the computer
than sends the print job, not you, I suspect it gave an error message.
As this works here, I think you need to take local advice.

If you print from the the menu on the windows() device, it prints at the
actual size of the window on your screen.  If you request a 8x10.5inch
window, it will probably not fit and be scaled down to fit. (Unless you
have an actual diagonal of more than about 20.6 inches, as it needs a
screen height of 10.5/0.85 inches to not scale the window.)

If that is not what you want you will have to take another route, like
dev.print.
