[R] Rwinst.exe problems

Yes. I think the allocation is MAX_PATH = 264 chars.  Obviously PATH can
be longer than MAX_PATH!

Thanks for the report. If it works for Marc, we can update the rwinst.exe.
Setting R_HOME is still the preferred solution.
