To quote your output: See "help(Memory)". Really, try it.


If you're working on Windows, the Windows-FAQ (which comes with the
software) has details specific to that platform (how to set the amount of
memory that the program can use).

And if you're not in a hurry, wait for R 1.2 which is due these weeks. It
will allocate memory dynamically.
