On UNIX a tar.gz-file can be installed with 'R INSTALL filename'. But
this feature does not exist on windows. I had a look into the archive.
The Windows RODBC.dll is already compiled, so it is not really necessary
to compile the package yourself, if you do not need help files. Of
course, compiling the package would be nice.
_Dirty_ solution:
1. DOS-Prompt: cd to ....\RODBC\R
2. DOS-Prompt: 'type *.R > RODBC'
