Jim,
I have rebuild all libraries from the source on R65.0. with gcc-2.95
(mingw32,msvcrt). There is no problem during the build and all libraries get
loaded properly.
The carma example runs to completion without problems but the elliptic
example runs some tests and stops then with this Rterm output
....
Variance
estimate se sigsq
-0.7632 0.2253 0.4662
exponential autocorrelation
estimate se
rho -2.265 2.117 0.09409
Correlation matrix of nonlinear parameters
1 2
1 1.0000 0.1218
2 0.1218 1.0000
ellptc> elliptic(y, ccov = ~x1 + x2, interact = c(2, 0), torder = 3,
pre = 2)
<dies silently>
Further investigation into the problem with gdb was not helpful as I did not
build R with the DEBUG option.
