[R] hypothesis testing

I am interested in functions for post-hoc hypothesis testing in linear
regression, i.e. to perform
t-tests for equality of a single coefficient to a given value, or to
perform F-tests for the equality
of multiple coefficients (summed) to a given value.  I see nothing in
the current list of contributions
that appears to do that.  I am a complete R novice, so am not prepared
to write complex
functions.
