[R] R-0.65.1 Startup

Just for information:

I just downloaded and installed Rw0.65.1. It takes about 3 seconds to
launch the program, about the same as with Version 0.64.2 (and much much
quicker than S+ 4.5r2). I have a PC Pentium II / 128 Mo RAM, Win98.
