[R] Problem with .Fortran dll in windows

Can any body help me with this situation:

When I use the function "daisy()" in "cluster" library
the R crashes when the funtion make a .Fortran call.
I have both WinNT and Win95 and in both the same
function fails.

This is the message in win 95:

Would you please help me how can I solve this situation?
It is about the .dll archive?
