[R] Where is the base package?

It should read library\base\R but this does not matter on any NT system I
have ever used. If you have case sensitivity turned on for your file
system (most unusual, causes lots of problems) do try altering r to R in
rw0632/library/*. It happens to be r in the zip file because of the way
Guido packed it, on an insensitive system.
(We use Unix file systems mounted by samba, on which all file names get
mapped to lowercase: Windows explorer seems to change case as it see fit.)
