[R] can't find functions?

`available for use' means that you may use the _package_, with
`library': it does not mean that the package contents are available for
use.
library(clust)
cl<-cclust(x,2,20,verbose=TRUE,method="kmeans")
Incidentally, if this is what you want to do, use
library(mva)
and use kmeans() instead.
