That makes no sense. Genetic algorithms, like the EM-algorithm, are
methods not algorithms. They need extensive tailoring to a problem.
You cannot write general code for non-algorithms (by definition).

There is an on-line version via CRAN, so why do you want it in dvi (if
that is what you meant)?
