[R] WIN-NT

Hi,
I try to use R for a beginners course in statistics. We use windows 
NT version 4. When I try to start R the message window "R Memory" 
with the message "memory problem" appears and R quits. This doesnT 
happen if you are logged in as administratot. Does annyone knows why 
and what I can do?
