The Alt+Gr keys work OK now, but I've observed a strange side effect. After
using any of these keys, the Up and Down arrows don't scroll through the
command history, but simply scroll the contents of the console window on
line up or down.  Strange enough, pressing Ctrl-End restores the usual
command history scrolling.

I'm running NT4 with French keyboard.

By the way, I remember that one of the early Windows versions of S-PLUS
also had problems with the Alt+Gr keys.

Anyway, the program runs nicely and the console output is really fast.
