Hola,
El mensaje de error dice esto:
*namespace 'rlang' 0.3.4 is being loaded, but >= 0.4.0 is required*
"dplyr" usa "rlang" como una dependencia y necesita la versión superior a
la 0.4.0.
Si actualizas "rlang" te debiera de funcionar.
