[BioC] Normalization code for gene expression data

Dear Suresh Dara,
Do you mean that you have a gene expression data set and you want to
normalize it?
There is a different normalization strategy for every different gene
expression technology. You need to identify what sort of data you are
working on, and then start by reading the Bioconductor documentation
associated with that technology.
One way to start would be through the BiocViews page:
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/BiocViews.html
which associates software packages that do normalization and which work
with specific technology platforms.
