[BioC] MethyLumiM to MethyLumiSet?

Hi Tim, 

Do you have an estimate for when this coercion would be available? I have not been able to follow your previous advice on converting to SummarisedExperiment : I am also dealing with MethyLumiM and it seems like your suggestion only works for MethyLumiSet objects.
