[BioC] AffylmGUI freezes with recent updates of Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1

Hi Richard,
I am working on this very problem the last couple of days and aim to
have a fixed version done within 24 hours. I will forward you a fixed
version as soon as available and it will soon be corrected on
Bioconductor. There have been several issues relating to tcltk problems
that Duncan Murdoch (Rcore) have helped with,
