[BioC] What happened to GenomicFeatures::spliceGraph?

Which are presumably only available via svn at the moment?

I see that SpliceGraph is in svn and not on the devel package list --
I can't find SplieGrapher anywhere, tho.

Maybe you mean SplicingGraphs?
