[BioC] Combining 2 different Affychips for analysis e.g. HGU133A and HGU133plus2

Is it possible to analyse 2 different AffyChips together for differential gene expression analysis? I have experiments done on hgu133a and some on hgu133plus2 for same disease but different parient samples.
