[BioC] zooming in a cluster tree

For this, you may want to explore the dendrogram documentation with 
'?dendrogram'.

In your example, the zooming can be achieved by changing the xlim/ylim 
values in the following plotting command:  

plot(as.dendrogram(hc_samples), xlim = c(1,20), ylim = c(1,50))
