Try outputting as a PDF or jpeg using the pdf() or jpeg() functions, and altering the image size so you have enough space for each label

Subject: [BioC] questions about heatmap.2
Dear list,
I'm using heatmap.2 to construct heatmap of my array results.
>heatmap.2(x,col=redgreen(75), scale="row", key=TRUE, symkey=FALSE,
density.info="none", trace="none", cexRow=0.5, cexCol=0.9, margins=c(5,5),
keysize=1.5)
Since I have around 100 data on the heatmap, the ID numbers for are hard to
see on the map. How can I make the heatmap bigger so that the ID of the
probesets are visible? I tried to adjust the margins of the picture as well
as the font size. It didn't work very well. Hope some one can help me out.
Thanks.
Wei
