[BioC] RMA or GCRMA

Hi list!

I am a new bioconductor user and have the following question:

When is it better to use RMA and when should I use GCRMA?

I understood, that GCRMA is mainly the RMA routine but focusing on the GC 
content. But how do I know when it is better to use RMA and when GCRMA since 
the output is in both cases an exprSet but with (slightly?) differing 
results?
