[BioC] [marrayNorm] Is it possible to obtain normalized intensity values ?

Hi,

data is a marrayNorm object
M <- maM(data) gives you the normlized log-ratios
A <- maA(data) gives you the average log-intensity
You can solve the equation
	M = R - G
	A = 1/2(R + G)

if you want to obtain the normalized log-intensity R and G.
