[BioC] memory limit problem

Hi,

I get an error saying " Cannot allocate vector of size 71289kb". Someone
told me to increase the memory limit for R by typing "
memory.limit(3000000000), but this doesn't work. Is there any way around
this? I apparociate your answer. Thanks,
