[BioC] error while runing Bioconductro install script

This says that your R is not configured properly, you need to have
internet functionality working inside of R to be able to use
getBioC().  You'll probably have the best luck looking over the help files
at the R website (www.r-project.org) or asking on their mailing lists
(which you can get to off of their "mailing lists" link on the left of
their web page.
