[BioC] parsing CEL/CDF files with the package affy

Dear all,

The parsers for the CDF/CEL files should be now more robust against
'unexpected oddities' in the files (and eventually spit an
error message instead of silently returning whatever or stay stuck
in a neverending loop.

PS: this concerns the 'devel' version of the package (currently 1.1.1).
